83. Do you remember the first time you were conscious of what you were wearing? Can you describe this moment and what it was about?
No I don't think that I can remember my first time
In 9th grade my handsome neighbor asked me why I wore sneakers every day. Until that moment I honestly had not noticed there was an alternative to sneakers!
Spilling breakfast milk on my grey skirt on picture day when I was a kid. Knew I'd messed up because mom had chosen my outfit carefully.
I can remember the first time I was *pleased* with what I was wearing: a green party dress aged 3. I thought all my other clothes were ugly (they were).
I think it was in 7th grade when I started to kind of get into the fashion and style thing.
I don't remember.
Yes. Five years old. A brown dress with little fringes on the front. Thought of it as my cow-girl dress. Am playing outside in the garden in it.
Once when i attended a conference with primarily men and I wished I had dresses differently.
When I was 4 or 5 my granma took me shopping to choose a birthday gift and I got this yellow plastic heart shaped necklace. On my birthday I put it on with a pink summer dress, and a sun hat. I can still remember what it felt like to be inside that outfit. I'd still wear it to be honest.
